The professionalism continued through the renovation as Luke expertly navigated his sub-contractors and suppliers to get and keep the build moving. We had regular communication throughout the project, which was important because we had moved out. Luke was great at keeping us up to date and informing us of the next steps. As well as providing guidance on when selections would have to be made so we could get a start on it. Luke and the team were also adept at providing advice and guidance to assist throughout the renovation, at one point even spotting some faulty existing structure and taking action to rectify it. They were always professional, courteous and tidy which all went a long way to keeping the site looking good and our neighbours on side.
I learnt from this build that it isn’t just Luke and the team that is important but all of their subcontractors as well. I was equally impressed at the quality of the sub-contractors’ work. Luke has built the right network to deliver high quality renovations.
